We know accidents could happen, but you can always talk to us with confidence. Our seven days service warranty policy will cover you for any such problems with no charge. Warranty policy only applies to gel manicures, shellac, bio gel and dipping services.

• If your gel polish is chipping or peeling, we could do a touch-up or re-polish depending on the situation or its condition.
• If your bio- gel or dipping nails are chipped, lifted, or broken, we will repair it to achieve your satisfaction.

Our seven days service warranty is to help you as being a customer feel comfortable bringing situations to our attention as well as ensuring 100% positive feedback from our clients.
